Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

Our Services

We design, build, and maintain websites and landing pages for businesses, and we offer monthly care plans for hosting and ongoing maintenance.

Quotes & Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise agreed; Canadian clients may arrange to pay in Canadian dollars. The Landing Page is a fixed price; larger websites are quoted based on scope.

Payment

The Landing Page is paid in full to begin. Larger builds require a 50% deposit to start, with the balance due at launch. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Care plans are billed monthly in advance.

Care Plans

Care plans include hosting, security, backups, email, and a set amount of update time each month, as described on our Pricing page. Unused update time does not roll over. Care plans are month-to-month; you may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. If your care plan ends, hosting and maintenance stop, and your site may be taken offline, or packaged in a zip file so you can host it elsewhere.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide the content, materials, and feedback we need to complete your project in a timely way; delays may affect your timeline. You confirm you have the right to use any content, images, or logos you provide.

Revisions

Each build includes the revisions described in your quote. Additional changes beyond that scope may be quoted separately or handled through your care plan's update time.

Ownership

Once your project is paid in full, you own the content and design of your finished site. While a care plan is active, hosting and certain third-party tools remain provided through us. We may display your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Third-Party Services

Our services rely on third-party providers such as hosting and payment processors. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by those providers, though we will work to help resolve them.

Warranty & Liability

We provide our services with care and skill, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as search rankings, traffic, or sales. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Termination

Either party may end an ongoing service with reasonable notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law or agreed in writing.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The 'Last updated' date above shows the current version.
